Vision (as set with Board) strategy, funding and sustainability, leadership, risk and relationship management, program design, culture, environmental scanning, and public champion of e.motion21.
Support from founder: brand, vision program design, creative, strategic relationships, public champion & large scale events.

Program Coordinator (1 FTE)
Key roles: first point of contact – telephone & info emails, manage enrolments, support sites, NDIS admin, database, assist with debtor management and merchandise, yearly calendars, social media, website marketing and general admin
Artistic Director (0.68 FTE)
Key roles: quality control – teaching standard, participant development, public performances, team building/management, artistic direction, new dance/artistic relationships/opportunities and teacher training.
Volunteer recruitment sign off for classes (specific to participant and teacher support only) – filter and paperwork completed by Vol Coord.
Volunteer Coordinator (0.4 FTE)
Key roles: responsible for all volunteers (including admin, database, recruitment, & training) and expos.
Other volunteer roles as required:
- Video (recording and editing)
- Photography for events and sites
- General admin tasks for major events.
Events (0.4 FTE)
Key roles: responsible for all events and cord.
Volunteer Site Managers (Sites)
Key roles: main contact for families at site. Culture, e.motion21 information sharing, building relationships and key interface between office and sites.
Accounts (0.25 FTE)
Key roles: bookkeeping.
Traditionally budget & all finance reports.
NDIS/DHHS Officer (0.4 FTE)
Key roles: DHS accreditation, NDIS rollout, implementation of audit outcomes.
