Key roles: Vision (as set with Board) strategy, compliance, funding and sustainability, leadership, risk and relationship management, program design, culture, environmental scanning, and public champion of e.motion21.
Artistic Director (1 FTE)
Key roles: quality control – teaching standard, participant development, public performances, team building/management, artistic direction, new dance/artistic relationships/opportunities and teacher training.
Volunteer recruitment sign off for classes (specific to participant and teacher support only) – filter and paperwork completed by Vol Coord.
People Coordinator (1 FTE)
Key roles: responsible for all volunteers (including admin, database, recruitment, & training), systems and processes and building relationship, e.motion21 culture and community.
Key roles: first point of contact – telephone & info emails, manage enrolments, support sites, NDIS admin, database, assist with debtor management and merchandise, yearly calendars, social media, website marketing and general admin
Volunteer Site Managers (Sites)
Key roles: main contact for families at site. Culture, e.motion21 information sharing, building relationships and key interface between office and sites.
Admin & NDIS Support (0.4 FTE)
Key roles: supporting bookkeeper, invoicing and administration.
Teachers (contract teachers)
Key roles: delivering high quality e.motion21 classes.
