Vision (as set with Board) strategy, funding and sustainability, leadership, risk and relationship management, program design, culture, environmental scanning, and public champion of e.motion21.

Support from founder: brand, vision program design, creative, strategic relationships, public champion & large scale events.

Board (FARM & F&F)

Board sub committees (as required)

Program Co-ordinator (1 FTE)

Key roles: first point of contact – telephone & info emails, manage enrolments, support sites, NDIS admin, database, assist with debtor management and merchandise, yearly calendars, social media, website marketing and general admin

Artistic Director (.6 FTE)

Key roles: quality control – teaching standard, participant development, public performances, team building/management, artistic direction, new dance/artistic relationships/opportunities and teacher training.

Volunteer recruitment sign off for classes (specific to participant and teacher support only) – filter and paperwork completed by Vol Coord.

Volunteer coordinator (.4 FTE)

Key roles: responsible for all volunteers (including admin, database, recruitment, & training) and expos.

Other volunteer roles as required:

  • Video (recording and editing)
  • Photography for events and sites
  • General admin tasks for major events.

Events (.4 FTE)

Key roles: responsible for all events and cord.

Volunteer Site Managers (Sites)

Key roles: main contact for families at site. Culture, e.motion21 information sharing, building relationships and key interface between office and sites.

Accounts (.25 FTE)

Key roles: bookkeeping.

Traditionally budget & all finance reports.

NDIS/DHHS Officer (.4 FTE)

Key roles: DHS accreditation, NDIS rollout, implementation of audit outcomes.

IT (Contract as required but average 2 hours p/w)

Key role: Computer related matters.

Teachers (.4FTE PLUS contract techers)

Head of Fitness (.4 FTE)
